I begin looking at loan brokering as a part time business and was able to meet my mentor. That's when my eyes were opened to a completely ne world and everything changed.

I was introduced to the world of financing and was mentored for 3 years by a retired VP of a National Bank. My Mentor was the VP of the Letter Of Credit Division of a International Bank. At that time, I had no idea what a letter of credit was.

After 6 Months of mentoring, I found myself sitting in a Board Room with 4 Bank Officers In Down Town Charlotte, NC negotiating a $100 Million Dollar portfolio acquisition.

Today, I use the same format for teaching others how to structure and engineer commercial transactions. My training programs and strategies have evolved beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Now I share my experiences via events and online courses.
