In 2004 at the suggestion of Stephen Pierce, Marlon Sanders and Jim Edwards, we launched our first internet training site with the help and assistance of Eric Grigsby.

I was very reluctant to take on this project because it was easier for me to place a few hundred million dollars in commercial loans than it was to prepare a training program. After meeting Eric Grigsby and discussing the project, Eric agreed to assist with the technical side of things being a Certified techie.

Our first project together paperbootcamp.com. This project generated $200,000 the first 4 months of operation. We used this site to train and explain how I locate and flipped mortgage notes. This was a massive labor of love and the learning curve for me was very steep. Thanks to Eric, it was a success. I knew nothing about forums, html, autoresponders etc. Eric was my rock and I learned so much from him.

After the training was over, I abandoned the site completely. Eric encouraged me to turn it into a digital download rather than a training site to “repurpose the content”. I never did. The site is still online is is forsale.

Over the next few years, we did several projects together:
The Portfolio Financing site was birth after taking Alex Mandosia’s Tele Seminar Secrets Course. We conducted a 3 day paid tele- conference and earned $78,000 and then turned it into our first physical product. This site has a complete Net Lease Acquisition Training module built into it. 

The pattern continued for into 2007 creating numerous training sites and products:
Virtual Money Broker Site, Get Your Funding Site, Professional Money Broker Site, VMB Search Automator and numerous other sites and services.

In 2006, we decide to merge all the sites into 1 massive site and this gave birth to the Financingbootcamp.com web site and in 2007, we launched the TopGun Workshop Brand. These are our main training sites and due to our growth, we are making more changes. This time, the changes are about the membership structure.

What the difference in the Financing Boot Camp And The Top Gun Workshop sites ? 

The Financing Boot Camp training site is the original site we use when we started our first training site in 2005. This site contains the complete 8 Week training course. When we started this training program, it was designed for the beginner assuming they had no experience and no resources. That means, no knowledge, no Lenders, no clients and no marketing experience. The site contains a complete roadmap and a blueprint for getting into the commercial financing business FAST.In the Financing Bootcamp Site, I documented every step that I took to get into the commercial financing business. The site contains 2 live workshops with some very unique unique recording and conversations with Lenders, Borrowers, Brokers and Sellers. This site is content rich and contains over 1800 pages or resources, audios, tools and information. In short, it’s a very massive and content rich web site. There are over 40 hours of downloadable audios and over 3 Gig of other downloadable resources. It’s the perfect Boot Camp for the beginners. Well, maybe I went a bit overboard on the content. After implementing the techniques taught in this site, I placed $250 Million in commercial loans. It works still works. This site has been the starting point for many investors and financiers and had gave birth to the Top Gun Programs.For 2009 this will be the only monthly membership service we will offer.
