99% Financing Program Creates Havoc -Ending Soon
Since the release of our 99% commercial Financing program, our support center has been swamped, all the phone lines are busy, and a major interruption in our normal business flow and there doesn’t seem to be an end in site.
We could add additional staff but that’s an option I’ll pass on. Here’s why !
I’ve never intended to be a full time investor or financier. That doesn’t fit my lifestyle.
What I’ve shared with this program is how you can use 1 simple program, using 1 client, and 1 transaction and walk away with $1,000,000.00 and repeat the process every 2 years.
This System Was Designed To Be Used Yearly ! Not Daily!
I understand the excitement this program can create and the opportunities it makes available but
at the end of the day, there has to be balance and order.
So I’ve decided to create a compromise rather than ending the program completely!
I’ll continue to work with the players on their current and future projects but I’m not taking
any new projects or clients.

I concur that this is a fair and great compromise for this unheard of 1% Down Payment Program. The REO Investors will cause a stampede of their own once they hear about this 99% Commercial Financing. For now I have just been targeting the Small Investor.
